Visualizing your goals can mean different things to everyone. Making a plan begins with defining the specifics. Taking baby steps works best for me.
- I write down at least 3 short-term goals
- Plan how to achieve them
- Write down any potential set backs
- Describe how they can be handled
Once the details are in order, create a vision board, setup a bullet journal, or add the steps into your daily to-do list.
