Visualizing your goals can mean different things to everyone. Making a plan begins with defining the specifics. Taking baby steps works best for me.

  • I write down at least 3 short-term goals
  • Plan how to achieve them
  • Write down any potential set backs
  • Describe how they can be handled

Once the details are in order, create a vision board, setup a bullet journal, or add the steps into your daily to-do list.
