15-day Habits of Successful People Challenge (Day 6)

There is nothing like putting out some good vibes into the universe before closing your eyes. Your mind will continue to work and to promote a positive outlook for the night and the next day, say some motivating and complimentary words.

I have a bedtime speech I picked up from Pinterest courtesy of Chelsey Stallings of LemonadeBrain.com. And I remember to tell myself “I love me”. It was awkward at the beginning but it did not take long to make it a habit.
