Anyone that follows my blog can tell you I am a huge promoter of journaling. Taking a few minutes out to record my thoughts and feelings about the day puts a lot into perspective. I have found I can handle conflict better and that I can easily adapt to new and stressful situations.

- Responses I would have liked to change
- Responses I am proud of
