15-day Habits of Successful People Challenge (Day 8)

Anyone that follows my blog can tell you I am a huge promoter of journaling.  Taking a few minutes out to record my thoughts and feelings about the day puts a lot into perspective. I have found I can handle conflict better and that I can easily adapt to new and stressful situations.

Typical entries include

  • Enjoyable situations
  • Stressful situations
  • At least 3 things I am grateful for
  • Responses I would have liked to change
  • Responses I am proud of
