You have your nightly routine, and you have shared your day with your journal. Now it is time to get some sleep, some genuine rest. Challenge prompts from Day 7 and Day 8 come together to make this happen. Scheduling time to journal and actually doing it helps to clear your mind and in most cases release unwanted tension.
I am working toward going to sleep and waking up at the same time every day. Right now the time I go to bed varies, although I wake up at the same time no matter what. Adults need at least 7 hours to allow the body to restore cells and fully rest.
