15-day Habits of Successful People Challenge (Day 14)

Goals can seem daunting to achieve, especially when there are a lot of steps involved. One way I overcome unnecessarily stalling, is to create a schedule each day and stick to it. Break down time consuming activities into smaller, quickly to complete, tasks.  If that is not possible give yourself short breaks every 20 minutes. It will take you longer to finish, but at least that to-do list will see some check marks.
